How Can I Select a Workshop Date in the Customer Hub?
Please be aware that your ability to select workshop dates is linked to your payment plan schedule. If you are on a payment plan, our Customer Hub will allow you to select a new workshop date each quarter- or every three months.
If you are NOT able to select a date, it is because are currently ineligible to attend based on payments made so far. Our team would be happy to send you an invoice to pay the qualifying payment in order to attend a specific date! Just let us know by emailing our team!
