What Does the Daily Agenda at Movara Look Like?
We can't wait for our Platinum Accelerator Community to join us for our upcoming Movara Fitness Retreat! The amazing Movara staff will share more details about what each day will look like during our week together. You can be sure this will all get emailed to you before you attend! To give you a general idea of how each hour of the day will be broken up, you can refer to the sample schedule below!
7 - 8 am breakfast
8 - 9 am stretch session
9 - 12 pm hikes
12 - 1 pm lunch
